Kendra: Empowering Women to Overcome that Negative Voice

Kendra Kincade is an air traffic controller, a philanthropist who has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and the founder of Elevate Aviation, an organization designed to empower women to enter aviation. She is an accomplished and award-winning Woman of Vision, but when I asked her where she wanted to start the conversation, she started with her journey of overcoming that persistent, negative, cruel voice in her head.
